C&D Emerging Energy, Talesun Solar, Go Solar Sign Strategic Pact

Release Time:2025-10-30

On October 30, 2025 (local time), during the All-Energy Australia exhibition in Melbourne, Xiamen C&D Emerging Energy Co., Ltd. (“C&D Emerging Energy”), Talesun Solar Technology Co., Ltd. (“Talesun Solar”), and Australian clean energy provider Go Solar Group Pty Ltd. (“Go Solar”) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Leveraging their respective strengths, the three parties will collaborate in supply chain synergy, product portfolio expansion, and channel development to accelerate the deployment of high-efficiency solar and energy storage solutions in the Australian market.

Representatives from C&D Emerging Energy, Talesun Solar, and Go Solar attended the signing ceremony and completed the agreement on behalf of the three parties, followed by a commemorative group photo.

Australia is one of the world’s most resource-advantaged regions for solar energy, with more than 80% of its land area receiving annual solar irradiation above 2,000 kWh/m². This solid natural foundation positions the country among the most promising global photovoltaic markets. In recent years, the Australian government has set ambitious decarbonization targets — increasing the share of renewable energy generation to 82% by 2030, and achieving net-zero emissions by 2050. In addition, multiple state-level incentives have been introduced to reduce installation costs and further boost adoption of distributed solar.

Going forward, the partnership will focus on the following cooperation areas:

Deepening supply chain collaboration with C&D Emerging Energy

Leveraging its global strength in commodity and renewable energy supply chain management to ensure stable and efficient material support for local project execution.

Expanding product cooperation with Talesun Solar

Building on Talesun’s comprehensive product portfolio and strong international delivery capabilities to support full lifecycle project implementation.

Harnessing Go Solar’s local channel advantages

Capitalizing on its extensive customer network and strong market reputation to accurately reach end users and enhance local market penetration.

This signing not only marks an upgrade of trilateral cooperation, but also reflects the parties’ long-term confidence in and strategic commitment to the Australian clean energy transition. Together, C&D Emerging Energy, Talesun Solar and Go Solar will jointly contribute to a more sustainable, resilient, and efficient local energy ecosystem.
